- Competence tests on Health and Safety, First Aid at work and Fire safety training are completed by all our candidates
- All candidates are CRB checked
- Licences are checked and a copy kept on file
- Prior to every assignment, our staff members are fully briefed
Service
- Our telephones are manned 24 hours, 7 days a week by our office staff.
- You will be rung back promptly to confirm your candidate. If we are unable to supply, you will be informed of this immediately.
- If initial training is required for an ongoing contract, your candidates will be free of charge for the first 8 hours.
- We will always be honest and straight- forward in all our dealings with our customers.
- We will fully brief our staff if you have any Health & Safety requirements
